AMIRAOne Privacy Policy
Effective Date: June 23, 2026 Last Updated: June 23, 2026 Version: 1.0
1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains how AMIRAOne Corp., a California corporation located at 1605 School Street #212, Moraga, CA 94556 ("AMIRAOne," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information in connection with our transaction coordination services and website at www.amiraone.ai (together, the "Services"). Capitalized terms not defined here have the meaning given in our Terms and Conditions.
This Policy applies to personal information about U.S. individuals only. The Services are intended for use within the United States.
2. Who This Policy Covers
We handle personal information about two main groups:
-
Agents — the licensed real estate agents and brokers who register for and use the Services ("Agents"). Only Agents hold accounts.
-
Clients and Transaction Parties — buyers, sellers, and other parties to a real estate transaction (such as escrow, title, and lender personnel) whose information we receive in the course of coordinating a Transaction. These individuals do not have accounts and do not access our Platform, but we may collect their personal information both from the Agent and directly from them.
3. Information We Collect
From Agents (account and use): name, business contact information, real estate license details, login credentials, and records of your use of the Services.
About Clients and Transaction Parties: names, contact information, transaction and property details (such as property addresses, contract terms, dates, and amounts), documents related to the Transaction, and identifiers. We collect this information both from the Agent and directly from the Client or third party when they communicate with our transaction coordinators or provide documents. We do not collect Social Security numbers, government-ID numbers, or financial-account or wire-transfer numbers from Clients or Transaction Parties.
Automatically: Today we collect limited technical information necessary to operate and secure the Platform. We do not currently use cookies or third-party analytics for advertising or behavioral tracking. We are contemplating standard cookies and analytics in the future; if we deploy them, we will update this Policy and our cookie disclosures and provide any required notices or choices before or at the time of collection.
4. Sources of Information
We obtain personal information from: (a) Agents who register and submit information through the Services; (b) Clients and Transaction Parties directly, when they correspond with our coordinators or provide documents; and (c) other parties to a Transaction, such as escrow, title, and lender personnel, in the course of coordinating closing.
5. How We Use Information
We use personal information to: provide and operate the Services; coordinate transaction paperwork, deadlines, and document collection; communicate with Agents, Clients, and Transaction Parties about a Transaction; invoice and collect our fees through the applicable Settlement Agent; secure and improve the Services; and comply with legal obligations. We may send marketing communications to Agents and prospective customers only; communications with Clients and Transaction Parties are transactional and related to coordinating the Transaction. We do not send marketing communications to Clients or Transaction Parties.
6. How We Disclose Information
We disclose personal information to:
-
Parties to the Transaction — including the Agent, and as needed escrow, title, and lender personnel — to coordinate and complete the Transaction.
-
Service providers / subprocessors that support our operations, such as hosting, e-signature, CRM, analytics, and communications/SMS providers, under contracts limiting their use of the information. (We are paid directly by title/escrow at settlement and do not use a third-party payment processor.)
-
Legal and compliance recipients — when required by law, to respond to legal process, or to protect rights, safety, and the integrity of the Services.
-
Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not "share" it for cross-context behavioral advertising. If this changes (for example, if we deploy advertising analytics), we will update this Policy and provide any required opt-out.
7. Marketing Choices
You can opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in those emails, and opt out of marketing text messages by replying STOP. We may still send transactional or service-related messages necessary to provide the Services. Message and data rates may apply.
8. Cookies and Tracking
We do not currently use advertising cookies or behavioral-tracking analytics. If we introduce cookies or analytics, we will update this Policy and provide a cookie notice and any required consent or opt-out mechanisms.
9. Data Retention
We retain Transaction data for approximately three (3) months. Before the end of that period, we provide the Transaction data to the Agent through their client portal or a secure document link, after which we remove it from our active systems. We may retain limited information longer where necessary to comply with legal, tax, or recordkeeping obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements. [Confirm whether any backup copies persist after removal, and for how long.]
10. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. We limit access to authorized personnel and control access through invitation-only, access-controlled Google file folders and client portals. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. [Add any additional safeguards in use, such as encryption or multi-factor authentication.]
11. Your Privacy Rights

California residents — which may include Agents and Clients/Transaction Parties — have rights to: know the categories and specific pieces of personal information we collect, use, and disclose; access a copy of their personal information; request correction; request deletion; and, where applicable, opt out of "sale" or "sharing" and limit the use of sensitive personal information. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined. You may exercise these rights by contacting us at hello@amiraone.ai. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights, and we will verify requests before responding, generally within the timeframe required by the CCPA (typically 45 days, subject to extension).
