THE ROLE
Transaction Advisor
A full-spectrum transaction expert. Equal parts strategist, communicator, and a craftsperson.
Contract to Close
Own the full lifecycle of every transaction — from executed contract through funding. Coordinate timelines, manage contingencies, and anticipate friction before it arrives.
Diligence Services
Conduct and oversee due diligence with the rigor of a legal practitioner. Title review, document analysis, and risk assessment — delivered with precision.
Client Experience
Be the trusted point of contact for agents, investors, and brokers. Communicate clearly, anticipate generously, and treat every interaction as a reflection of the firm.
WHAT WE LOOK FOR

We are looking for transaction professionals who are tired of being treated as the back of the house. Who want their craft taken seriously. Who care about details others overlook.
Experience
3+ years managing real estate transactions, with demonstrable comfort across residential, investment, and commercial closings.
Diligence Acumen
Working knowledge of title, escrow, contract law, and risk analysis. Paralegal or JD background is a plus, not a requirement
Hospitality Mindset
You understand that how a client feels is as important as what they receive. You communicate with warmth and precision.
Systems Thinking
You build processes that scale. You document. You improve. You are not afraid of tooling, automation, or AI-assisted workflows.
